Evinco ChequeSystem is a very useful software program that provides you and your company with the capability to automatically fill out and print your blank checks. You just need to choose the required check layout, provide all the information inherent to the check, like payee name, date and place of issue, amount, whether it is non-negotiable or an A/C payee only, etc., and send it as a print job.
This program comes with nearly 100 pre-loaded check layout designs belonging to the most popular banks around the world. However, it has also a built-in module called the "Cheque Layout Design Tool" that allows you to create your own personalized designs. You can also download the latest versions of already existing cheques for free, and even make a scan of one of your checks, e-mail or fax it to Evinco, and they will prepare the corresponding layout for you!!
This simple but amazing tool not only allows you to fill out and print your checks, but also provides you with additional functionality, like the possibility to save records of all the issued checks in an especially designed internal database, so that you always have a backup.
